PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural body of a bearing wall having high rigidity while having a simple structure, by which a batten cleat is mounted easily, and to provide a framework structure constructed using the structural body. SOLUTION: In the structural body 1, an octagonal frame body 2 constructed with a steel material is formed by an upper side member 3 and a lower side member 4 facing in parallel to each other, right and left side members 5, 6 facing in parallel to each other, and four oblique side members 7 to which both ends of the upper side member 3 and the lower side member 4, and both ends of the right and left side members 5, 6 are connected, respectively. A block 10 for mounting the batten cleat is fixed to each of the side members 3 to 7. As the steel material, an H-shaped steel, a channel steel, a T-shaped steel or a square pipe is used.
