PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the quantity of urine with high accuracy as a result of causing no change of a water level position of staying water even at the occurrence of a negative pressure or positive pressure state in sewage piping while preventing odor arising in the sewage piping, from flowing out into a toilet. SOLUTION: This toilet bowl with a urine quantity measuring function is provided with an upward bent trap part communicating with an outflow port at the lower part of the bowl, wherein the water level of staying water can be controlled to a first water level with the outflow port sealed with water, and a second water level with the outflow port not sealed with water, and urine is stored in the bowl in the second water level state of the staying water to change the quantity of the staying water and to measure the quantity of urine and/or the flow velocity of urine based on the quantity change of the staying water. An odor restraining mechanism for restraining the flow of air moving toward the outflow port from the sewage piping when measuring the quantity of urine is provided downstream of the outflow port.
