PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system capable of easily supplying a lubricant by providing an introducing pipeline for introducing the lubricant in a gap between an insertion part and an insertion auxiliary tool in the insertion part. SOLUTION: On the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part 12 of an endoscope 10, a lubricant pouring port 110 is formed. An introducing tube 112 inserted to the insertion part 12 is connected to the pouring port 110 and the introducing tube 112 is connected to an injection port 114 formed at a hand operation part 14. The lubricant is injected from the injection port 114 by an injector 116. The injected lubricant is poured from the pouring port 110 and supplied to the gap between the insertion part 12 and the insertion auxiliary tool 70. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
