A first light path conversion layer and a low refraction factor layer are formed on the front side of a rear side transparent substrate on a side face of which a light source is provided. The first light path layer has substantially the same refraction factor as the transparent substrate and has a specified surface with recesses and ridges. The low refraction factor layer is formed on the front side of the first light path conversion layer so as to be in contact with the surface with recesses and ridges of the first light path conversion layer, and has a smaller refraction factor than the first light path conversion layer. Further, on the rear side of the transparent substrate is formed a second light path conversion layer on which a specified surface with recesses and ridges is formed.
