The chuck (1) has a shaft (8) to connect to the drill drive shaft, and a dust suction housing (11) with a housing bearing part (14) rotating on the shaft. A housing outer part (15) can be fitted axially over the shaft and connected to the bearing part in the absence of a workpiece. The housing parts, when connected, enclose a suction cavity (16).
