摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible heat-sensitive recording material of superior visual recognition properties in which the initial image density and the image erasing density are good, and superior contrast is provided, and the reflection density is not deteriorated nor the contrast is lowered after erasing the image or forming the image by using a thermal head, a hot stamp and the like even after leaving the image in the image formed state or the image erased state for a long period of time. SOLUTION: In a reversible heat-sensitive recording material with a heat-sensitive layer formed on a substrate on which transparency or color tone is varied reversibly depending on the temperature, the artificial sweat printing sensitivity variation rate is 50% or less, and the artificial sweat erasing sensitivity variation rate of the reversible heat-sensitive recording material is 80% or more, and the maximum average particle size of the heat-sensitive layer is 2.5 μm or larger. The heat-sensitive layer is composed of a resin matrix and an organic low-molecular substance dispersed into the resin matrix as main components, and the organic low-molecular substance is a mixture of at least one kind of a high melting point organic low-molecular substance with at least one kind of a high melting point organic low-molecular substance, and free carboxyl is not contained in the molecular structure of the organic low-molecular substance.
