The machine has a dosing device (10) driven by electric motors for dosed delivery of material from a material holding container (5) via tubes (12) to a distributor (6). A rotation angle sensor measures speed and distance covered by the distributor and emits a signal to control the drive of the dosing device. The distributor moves from a working position to a non-working position with a time delay.
