The plate has a land intended to be connected to a contact associated with a printed circuit board. An electrical contact receives a connector plug for establishing a contact with an electrical component by inserting the plug. The land has a flux and a boss intended to be in contact with the printed circuit board. The electrical contact is formed by two lateral blades and a central spline.
