The secondary collimator (1) has horizontal lamina and vertical lamina (11). The vertical lamina are parallel to each other and are inclined relative to a transmission direction by a given scatter angle. The horizontal lamina are arranged compartment-wise about the x-ray source. The horizontal lamina form a rectangular grid with the vertical lamina and are combined into a collimator unit. Independent claims also cover an x-ray scatter device for luggage control having such a collimator.
