PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply power to a load with stability in direct-current power transmission equipment using a capacitor-commutated converter, without degrading the power conversion efficiency of the equipment by keeping the inverter-side alternating-current voltage constant according to the amount of the load. SOLUTION: A controller for direct-current power transmission equipment consists of two rectifiers 17 for converting alternating-current power into direct- current power and two inverters 27, comprising capacitor-commutated converters for converting direct-current power into alternating-current power. The controller is provided on the rectifier side with a means 101 for controlling the alternating- current voltage and on the inverter side with a means 201 for adjusting the phase-control angles of the first inverter and second inverter of the two, respectively, a means 23 for detecting the alternating-current voltages of the inverters, and a means 31 for sending the detected voltage values to the rectifier side. The alternating-current voltage on the inverter side is controlled and kept constant on the rectifier side, and the first inverter and the second inverter are adjusted to the phase-control angles (αia, αib) of inverting operation on the inverter side. |
