FIELD: organic fertilizers. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to peat-humin fertilizers and breaking and mixing peat, manure, and poultry dung. Cattle manure and poultry dung are mixed and subjected to natural composting at normal temperature for at least 6 months. Resulting mixture is supplemented by a part of peat component, agitated, and ground on screw apparatus. The rest of peat component is then added, resulting mixture is stirred to give homogenous mass, which is further disintegrated. Peat utilized is invention represents mixture of high-moor peat, transient peat, and valley peat or mixture of high-moor and valley peats, which is preliminarily subjected to aeration and disintegration to maximum particle size within a range of not larger than 0.1-0.15 mm.
