FIELD: measuring equipment engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: rotor with standard issue rotary supports is lifted until forming a space between rotor and its rolling plane, in this position rotary supports are held, then in formed space forces are created in doses directed centrally and oppositely to weight of rotor. Value of forces is selected in accordance to shares of limit equal to 8-10% of operation load dependently on modes, at which different drive gaps are set in rotary supports from even to decreased in their upper sector and rotor is then rotated. Device consists of two mountable-dismountable semi-sets, each of which has two guides with rollers, two load-carrying frames and jacks, four bracing wires, two planks, ends of which are provided with quick-dismountable holders and four corbels. Load-carrying frame is made in form of T-shaped lever, two opposite shoulders of which are engaged in interaction with two guides with their possible relatively longitudinal displacement, and at the end of third shoulder by means of hinges two bracing wires are held and fast-dismountable clamp, having a possibility of connection to body of one of jacks. Axis of each roller is made with inner thread and is held by means of one of corbels with forming of chute having possibility of interaction with beams, and by means of fast-dismountable holder - to plank and another end of one of bracing wires, which are made adjustable. ^ EFFECT: accelerated measuring process. ^ 1 dwg, 2 cl |
