FIELD: vacuum engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises stamping metallic blanks of the section of casing and diaphragm for providing it to be convex and connecting the edges of the casing and diaphragm to define the space between the sections of the casing and receive the diaphragm between them. Before stamping, the stack is assembled which is composed of blanks of the section of the casing and diaphragm blank interposed between them.
