A keyboard comprising a left and a right keyboard portion which are intended to be operated on a respective operation side by a left hand and right hand, respectively, wherein the operation side (7, 8) of each keyboard portion (5, 6) includes an angle in the range of about 60-150 degrees with a horizontal plane, the keyboard (1) being provided with left and right supporting means (13, 14; 15) for supporting the left and right hand, respectively, during operation of the respective keyboard portion (5, 6), the supporting means (1 3, 14; 15) being arranged to permit during use a substantially horizontal displacement of the hands supported thereon relative to the respective keyboard portion (5, 6). |
