Described is a water dispensing device for a toilet lower tank with two sections for flushing urine and excrement. The first section is useful for flushing urine with 3 liters of water, and the second section being useful for flushing excrement with 6 liters of water. The process for using said device consist in urinating or defecating in the toilet and eliminating the same by flushing the first section, which uses 3 liters of water, or the second section, which uses 6 liters of water respectively.
