The device has three straps (1-3), where the straps (1, 2) are sewn together perpendicularly in their medium and the strap (3) is broader and carries Velcro stripes in its ends (e, e`). The strap (3) slides into buckles (4-7) formed at the ends of each of the straps (1, 2). The strap (3) permits support of the straps (1, 2) around a plastic water bottle and encloses the bottle with the help of Velcro.
