PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet surely transmitting high speed digital signals. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet having conductivity in the thickness direction under a prescribed condition contains an insulating matrix member having a dielectric constant of 2.28 or less and/or a dielectric loss of 0.25 or less, and a conductive member having conductivity in the thickness direction under the prescribed condition, the conductive members passing electricity between the inside and outside are interspersed in the matrix member, and the conductive member and the matrix member are chemically bound to form the anisotropic conductive sheet. The matrix member is constituted with a resin material having foaming structure which is a uniform micro-cell structure, and at lest one conductive member can be constituted as a conductive elastomer.
