PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge capable of preventing the closing failure of a shutter member. SOLUTION: A chamfered part 46A is formed along an opening 16 in the upper corner part of the opening 16 side of a dust-proof rib 46. Thus, even when an inner rotor 20 is deformed, the edge of the opening 74 of the inner rotor 20 is guided along the chamfered part 46A by bringing the edge of the opening 74 of the inner rotor 20 into contact with the chamfer part 46A of the dust-proof rib 46. Thus, the edge of the opening 74 of the inner rotor 20 passes through the dust-proof rib 46 to prevent the rotational failure of the inner rotor 20. Accordingly, by cooperating with the inner rotor 20, the closing failure of a shutter member 18 for closing the opening 16 of a lower shell 26 and the opening 74 of the inner rotor 20 is prevented.
