PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system with which incidental information corresponding to image information can be easily obtained even after a photographic print is formed. SOLUTION: The image processing system is provided with a scanner 20 for obtaining digital image data for printing/exposing the image information on a paper surface, an incidental information obtaining means 25 for obtaining the incidental information accompanying the image information, an identification information forming means 30 for forming identification information for linking the image information and the incidental information together, an information data base 32 for storing the incidental information and the identification information in the linked state, a composite image part 22a for forming data for printing/exposing the image information and the identification information on the paper surface, and an identification information reading means 13 for reading the identification information formed on the paper and extracting the necessary incidental information from the information data base 32.
