PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock device capable of easily and surely inserting a key into a key hole even in a dark place. SOLUTION: A wire lock of a bicycle has the cylinder lock device 14. The cylinder lock device 14 can unlock the wire lock put in a locking state by rotating a rotary cylinder 16 by the key. A light emitting member 18 is installed on an outside end surface 16a for opening the key hole 16b in the rotary cylinder 16 so as to be integrally rotatable with the rotary cylinder 16. The light emitting member 18 is composed of a luminous material. The light emitting member 18 naturally emits the light in the dark place such as night by this absorbed light by absorbing the light in the daytime or when receiving illumination.
