PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cone-shaped package excellent in airtightness and openability. SOLUTION: In the cone-shaped package wherein a laminate of approximately fan shape having a successive lamination of transparent base material film layer, paper layer, aluminum foil layer, and thermal-bonding resin layer, is wound into an inverted cone shape, and both side end edges 40, 50 are connected at a side end joint 7, storing contents, while its upper and lower ends are sealed airtight by thermal bonding. The cone-shaped package has: a rip-off tab 4 located approximately in the central portion of one side end edge 40; a first perforation line 5 provided approximately circumferentially on the cone surface, reaching from the transparent base material film layer side to the paper layer; and at least one unsealing incision 6 located on the portion of the laminate, constituting the other side end edge 50, in the vicinity of the outside of the end edge on the rip-off tab portion 4 side of the lateral end joint 7, the unsealing incision 6 reaching from the transparent base material film layer side to the paper layer, having both its end portions directed toward the other side end edge 50 side.
