PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a secondary disaster in which a fire occurred on a deck is spread into a ship space. SOLUTION: When a fire occurs on a deck 12 of a ship 10 for carrying an aircraft, sea water W is fed to an upper side of a waterproof packing 40 for a clearance A between the deck 12 and a platform 16 to prevent the waterproof packing 40 from being burned by the heat of the fire on the deck 12. Flow of the fuel on the deck 12 into a ship space 15 from the clearance A can be prevented, and the spread of the fire occurred on the deck 12 into the ship space 15 can be prevented.
