PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head showing high reliability by preventing a joint part between a surface electrode of a piezoelectric actuator and a joint electrode of a flexible flat cable from being ruptured, even when expansion and contraction due to temperature variations occur. SOLUTION: In this inkjet recording head, a plurality of common joint electrodes on a wiring substrate or a plurality of common joint electrodes and dummy joint electrodes are joined with a plurality of common surface electrodes 57 of a piezoelectric actuator or a plurality of the common surface electrodes 57 and dummy surface electrodes along an array of joint parts between a plurality of individual surface electrodes 58 on the surface of the piezoelectric actuator and a plurality of individual joint electrodes 78 on the wiring substrate. Consequently, a stress is prevented from concentrating in the joint parts between the surface electrodes 57 and 58 and joint electrodes of a flexible flat cable on account of the expansion and contraction ensuing from temperature variations by the presence of the joint parts between the common joint electrodes or the common joint electrodes/dummy joint electrodes and the common surface electrodes 57 or the common surface electrodes 57/dummy surface electrodes.
