PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sprinkler fire-fighting facility enabling emergency notification in a multiple dwelling house for the elderly in particular. SOLUTION: A sprinkler head 18 with a contact mechanism is employed as the sprinkler head and, if a protection cover of the sprinkler head falls in a fire, the signal is transmitted to a fire receiver 21 installed in an administrative room 20 via a signal wire 80 and also transmitted to an emergency notification terminal machine 11 via a wire. The emergency notification terminal machine 11 notifies the signal to a regional care support center 30, or one of predetermined contact addresses and simultaneously thereto, as the signal is transmitted to the fire receiver 21 via the signal line 80, an administrator can confirm the detail of the information on a screen of the fire receiver 21 to instantaneously take an appropriate measures.
