PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist warmer imposing a little burden on the waist part of a user and providing both of a posture improving effect of improving the posture into a natural seating posture of preventing the lumbago and hyperthermia effect of treating the waist part into a favorable state. SOLUTION: When the waist part Aa of the user A is applied to a waist abutment part 5 of this waist warmer 1, the waist abutment part 5 of the waist warmer 1 or the almost whole body of the waist warmer 1 is deformed into a shape of retaining the waist part Aa of the user A into a stable posture, retains a comfortable posture reducing the burden imposed to the waist part Aa by its restoring force, and improves it into the natural posture of preventing the lumbago. The waist Aa of the user A is appropriately heated by the moist heat of hot water H radiated from the waist abutment part 5 of the waist warmer 1 or the almost whole body of the waste warmer to thermally treat the waist part Aa into the favorable state by the hyperthermia effect such as treating the lumbago, recovering the fatigue, and improving the blood circulation.
