PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize fully energy-saving instantaneous toilet seat heating which stably supplies large electric power to a heat generation part for warmth. SOLUTION: By detecting the turning state of a toilet seat 1 by a turning position detection means 9 and a stop state detection means 10 and when detecting that the toilet seat 1 is in a stop state for a long period of time, the resistance of a slide connection part 4 is kept low by urging turning by a reporting means 11.
