PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible oil supply device for a fryer, which can easily supply edible oil to the fryer. SOLUTION: A feed nozzle 15 is formed in a corner of a top plate section 13 of a case body 3. A container space 9 is provided in the lower section of the case body 3 and a keg can 17 is stored in the container space 9. The first oil suction tube 35 is inserted in a 18-liter can 17 and it is connected. The first oil absorption tube 35 is connected to a motor oil pump 47 through an electromagnetic valve 39.
