METHOD FOR DETECTING TARGET BASE SEQUENCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting all target sequences when sample DNA (or RNA) is slight and a plurality of target sequences desired to be detected exist in the sample DNA. SOLUTION: The method for detecting the base sequence comprises (1) a step for forming a hybridization complex by bringing the sample DNA (or RNA) into contact with a probe DNA (or RNA), (2) a step for isolating the hybridization complex, (3) a step for separating the probe DNA (or RNA) by dissociating the complex and (4) a step for detecting the target base sequences in the sample DNA.
