This invention relates to a compound of Formula (I) Wherein X is CH2, 0 or N(C1-C3)alkyl; Ar<1> is phenyl or pyridyl each optionally substituted with 1 or 2 substituents selected from (C>1<-C>3<)alkoxy, halo, OH, CF3, CN, NO2 and(C1-C3)alkyl, said alkyl being optionally substituted with CF3; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and its use in treating hyper-proliferative disorders.
