摘要 It is possible to increase the sensing speed of a 2-dimensional position where light is incident and simplify the configuration of the sensing. In an optical sensing region (10) including pixels (11MN) arranged in 2-dimensional way, each one pixel (11MN) is composed of a plurality of optical sensing portions (12MN, 13MN) arranged adjacently in the same plane for outputting current in accordance with intensity of incident light. In the 2-dimensional arrangement, for the first direction, one (12MN) of the optical sensing portions of each pixel (11 MN) is electrically connected with one another while for the second direction, the other (13MN) of the optical sensing portions of each pixel (11MN) is electrically connected with one another, thereby constituting an optical sensing portion group, respectively. There are provided an integration circuit for converting a current output of each optical sensing portion group into a voltage output and an A/D converter for converting the voltage output into a digital output in an appropriate range.
