<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently correct deviation of a recording location of a laser beam emitted from each of a plurality of laser diodes, caused by an environment or due to the lapse of time even if the mounting precision of each laser diode is not so high that the recording location of the laser beam from each laser diode is deviated in a main scanning direction, to thereby achieve excellent recording of an image. <P>SOLUTION: The image recording device has a light source section in which the plurality of laser diodes are aligned, a beam aligning optical system for aligning the laser beams emitted from the laser diodes on a recording surface of a recording material in a sub-scanning direction, and a moving means for relatively moving the laser beams emitted from the laser diodes and the recording material in a main scanning direction. The image recording device is characterized by having a light emitting timing control means for delaying light emitting timing of each of the laser diodes individually on a one-by-one basis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
