<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hardenable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having a small volume shrinkage ratio when curing and exhibiting excellent adhesive properties, to prepare a sheet for manufacturing optical discs, which gives an optical disc suppressed in warpage and exhibits excellent adhesive properties to an adherend layer, and to provide an optical disc hardly undergoing warpage and exhibiting excellent interlayer adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The hardenable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises a polymer-containing component curable by energy rays and a fine particle having an average particle size of at most 30 nm, and the solid content of the particle is caused to be 5-60 wt%. The sheet for manufacturing optical discs is obtained by forming a hardenable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for gluing a protecting layer or a stamper-receptive layer from the hardenable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.
