<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning member capable of removing toner and external additives stuck and left to/on a member with which toner is brought into contact and suppressing the deterioration of toner as much as possible on removal of the toner. <P>SOLUTION: In a conductive rubber member provided with a rubber layer formed by using a rubber composition containing ion conductive rubber on the outermost layer of the conductive rubber member, a dielectric loss tangent controlling filler is mixed into the rubber composition and a dielectric loss tangent is controlled so as to be >2.0 and ≤5.0 when AC voltage of 5V voltage and 100Hz frequency is applied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
