<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processor and an image forming apparatus with which an image of a desired image quality can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: If an image quality of image information indicative of an image that is inputted via a recording medium 40, as an image processing object is adjusted by a PC 20 in accordance with instruction information inputted by a keyboard, manual operation information indicating that the adjustment is performed, is related to the above image information.
