<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide assembling arts for a solenoid actuating valve which are comparatively simple but efficient and low in cost. <P>SOLUTION: The solenoid actuating valve 10 is assembled on a valve element 12 having a cylindrical housing 60, and provided with a first magnetic flux collector 38 and a bobbin 42 having a coil 44. A tab 70 where the first part of the housing 60 is bent is formed and the bobbin 42 is held on the valve element. Further, by bending the second part of a housing, a different tab is formed and a second magnetic flux collector 66 and an adjustable pole shoe 72 are held adjacently to the bobbin 42.
