<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small analyzer capable of modifying effectively a liquid flow passage with a desired substance, partially in only a required area as an object, even in a small-sized electrophoretic device constituting the liquid flow passage for conducting electrophoresis using two substrates. <P>SOLUTION: In this analyzer having the first substrate 17 comprising either of a silicon substrate or a glass substrate, and the second substrate 16 comprising either of the glass substrate or the silicon substrate, formed with a groove on one side face in at least one of the first and second substrates 17, 16 to form the liquid flow passage 6 by covering the groove by the other substrate, and conducting analysis by the liquid flow passage 6, at least one set or more of liquid flow-in and flow-out ports 1, 2, 8, 9 are provided in the midway of the liquid flow passage 6 to make liquid flows partially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
