<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer sheet and a photosensitive laminate capable of easily forming desired patterns of different thicknesses within an image. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive transfer sheet is obtained by sequentially laminating on a support a first photosensitive layer containing a binder, a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator, and a second photosensitive layer containing a binder, a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator and having a relatively higher photosensitivity than the first photosensitive layer, wherein a polymerizable urethane compound is contained as the polymerizable compound in one of the first and second photosensitive layers, and a polymerizable aromatic compound is contained as the polymerizable compound in the other.
