<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable power supply, even when a distributed power supply is in either a state of being linked to a power system or in a state of being in an independent system. <P>SOLUTION: An individual operation detection device 23 determines whether a generator is linked to the power system, and as the result of the determination, the individual operation detection device controls the switching of a changeover switch 24 so that a control signal from a linkage governor control part 21 is outputted from a the governor 4, if the generator is linked to the power system; and if the generator is not linked to the power system, the control signal from an independent system governor control part 22 is outputted to the governor 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
