<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set with a built-in camera which is used as the mouse of an information processor corresponding to a GUI. <P>SOLUTION: The portable telephone set 101 with the built-in camera is moved on a desk or a mouse pad. The digital camera 103 photographs the desk or the mouse pad and the photographed image is stored in a storage part 205. A CPU 204 analyzes the moving direction of the portable telephone set 101 with the built-in camera, based on the image stored in the storage part 205, and generates position change information which indicates the moving direction. An external I/F A208 transmits the position change information to the information processor 105 and transmits key click information from a function key device 102 to the information processor 105.
