<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material having a high photorefractive characteristic without applying a voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The organic photorefractive material contains an organic photoconductive compound as a component A, an electric field responding optically functional comound as a component B, a sentizer as a component C, and at least one kind of plasticizer selected as a component D out of 2-(1,2-cyclohexane dicarboxy imide)ethyl propionate, 2-(1,2-cyclohexane dicarboxy imide)ehtyl acrylate, 1-phenyl-2-pyrrolidone, 1-octyl-2-pyrrolidone, 1-hexyl-4-methoxycarbonyl-2-pyrrodidone and 1-dodecyl-2-pyrrolidone, and 1-(2-hydroxy ethyl)-2-pyrrolidone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
