<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide self-improving contents that a user can listen to in a natural living style in timing of high penetration into awareness. <P>SOLUTION: A distributing server 100 stores a plurality of kinds of speech messages of self-improving contents and a plurality of kinds of awakening sounds, receives specification information on a speech message with self-improving contents and specification information on an awakening sound from a mobile telephone 200, and extracts the speech message and awakening sound specified based upon the specification information on the speech message and awakening sound to generate self-improving contents in an independent file to be reproduced in the order of the awakening sound and the speech message of the self-improving content and in the order of the speech message of the self-improving contents and awakening sound by setting the awaking sound before and after the speech message, thereby distributing the self-improving contents to the mobile telephone 200.
