PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment which can correspond to a plurality of users by one system of transmission/reception circuit. SOLUTION: The communication equipment is provided with first and second antennas 201 and 202, a change-over switch 203, a receiver 204 receiving, amplifying and demodulating a received signal in the antenna selected by the change-over switch 203 and a determination circuit 205 receiving the signal from the receiver 204 and outputting a switch control signal to the change-over switch 203.
