PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system unit capable of enhancing vibration resistance performance as well as vibration-isolation performance. SOLUTION: In the optical system unit 11 arranged with a dust-proof member 57 and a dust-proof glass 55 on the side transmitting a signal being outputted from an optical system between a housing 51 for housing the optical system and an upper cover 13, locking parts 15 and 17 constituting a part of a means for pressing a position corresponding to an upper central part of the dust-proof member 57 toward the dust-proof glass 55 side, and a resilient portion 23 for applying pressure with a resilient force in the direction of the dust-proof glass 55 from a central side bend 25 when the locking parts 15 and 17 engage to constitute another part are provided on the upper surface of the upper cover 13.
