PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit easily specifying the kinds of mounting components 31, 32 to be mounted, and easily and exactly perform an arranging work or an inspecting work based on the specification. SOLUTION: Components(transistors 31, 32) having the same function among the components mounted on the printed circuit board 20 are classified into a same kind component group. The mounting components 31, 32 belonging to the same kind component group constitute the same specification component group having the same specification, and a same external specification different internal specification component group whose external specification is the same as a mounting component belonging to the same specification group with the different internal specification. Respective mounting components 31, 32 are arranged in such a layout that respective mounting components 31, 32 are arranged on every longitudes X but are arranged so as to be different in every parallels Y.
