PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process and a manufacturing device of a polypropylene resin sheet or film which allow the high-speed production of a highly transparent planar polypropylene resin. SOLUTION: A metal endless belt 15 which contacts a polypropylene resin sheet 11, and a third cooling roll 16 are maintained at a temperature 50°C or lower but not lower than dew point. The sheet 11 is then introduced between a first cooling roll 13 and the third cooling roll 16 while simultaneously contacting the endless belt 15 and the third cooling roll 16. The resin sheet 11 is pressure touched flatways and cooled by both cooling rolls 13 and 16, while compressing an elastic material 18 into an elastic deformation by the pressure between the cooling rolls 13 and 16. The sheet 11 is then pressure-touched flatways to the third cooling roll 16 by the endless belt 15 and cooled to 50°C or lower. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
