PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine, with improved space factor of a coil, of good assemblability at assembling a bobbin in which a coil is formed to teeth even with a short jumper wire. SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine comprises a stator core 12 provided with nine radial teeth 14, coils 18 where a conductive wire group 20 composed of a plurality of conductive wires are wound together on the outer periphery, and insulating bobbins 16 engaged with the teeth 14. A protruding coil 18b among the coils 18 comprises, on the vertical surface relative to the axis of stator core 12, a protruding part 22 formed in almost arc-like protrusion in cross section toward the periphery when viewed from the stator core 12. Recessed coils 18a and 18c among the coils 18 comprise a recessed part 26 formed in almost arc-like recess in cross section toward the periphery. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
