PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine flowmeter small, inexpensive, and capable of performing high-reliability flow rate measurement, without being influenced by disturbances such as a swirl flow etc., even if it is used near a fluid rotary machine such as a pump or the like, and to provide a fluid rotary machine having the flowmeter built-in. SOLUTION: In the turbine flowmeter for measuring the flow rate of a fluid flowing in a pipe by the number of revolutions of a rotating shaft 17 supported in the direction of the flow of the fluid in the pipe for flowing the fluid, and the rotating shaft 17 is fitted with an impeller 18. A bearing case 13 wherein a bearing 16 for supporting the rotating shaft 17 is fitted, is attached and fixed with a supporting member 12 so as to be in the center part of the pipe so that the impeller 48 rotates by the force of the fluid flowing in the center part of the pipe, magnets 19 are attached to the rotating shaft 17, and a Hall element or Hall IC 20 is fitted together to the supporting member 12.
