PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting which facilitates fixture of a cover net of stone-filled revetment to a grating frame. SOLUTION: The clip 10 for fixing the cover net is formed by folding a metallic wire at about the center into an inverted U shape, and further folding back both ends inward into a U shape to form respective end hooks 10a. Then an aperture 10b is defined between both the hooks. The clip has a major diameter of about 60 mm. When the clip is in use, a rib wire 8 is inserted into the cover net so as to be located immediately above the grating frame 1, and an upper edge of a steel panel 5 together with the rib wire is inserted into the clip via the aperture opened between both the hooks.
