PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing tool having a neat appearance and excellent burglarproof properties. SOLUTION: In the window opening/closing tool, a handle 2 is pivoted at the base end in a main body case 1 fitted to a window frame F, and is rotated to open/close the window W, the handle 2 is made to rise up and fall down freely by the hinge part 3 at the base end. When the handle 2 is not operated, the handle 2 is inclined to remain fitted in the recessed part 5 of the main body 1.
