PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scaffolding for an external corner, which can reduce weight, and which can prevent a building from being damaged greatly enough to require repair. SOLUTION: This scaffolding 1 for the external corner is equipped with a scaffolding member 15 which is arranged along at least one 13 or 14 of outer wall surfaces 13 and 14 on both the sides of the external corner 12 of the building 11, a frame member 16 for protection, which is provided on the outer peripheral side of the scaffolding member 15, a holding means for holding a column member 17 which is provided in the frame member 16 and which is used for holding the column member 17, and a supporting member which is protruded into the inner balcony 10 serving as an opening provided on the outer wall surface of a skeleton from the frame member 16 and which is placed on an opening edge 51 as a skeleton constituting member of an exterior wall 50 of the inner balcony 10.
